Master Book List from “How to Build a Fundamental M/s Library”

This is a list of books I found significant enough to include in a fundamental Master/slave library. They are broken into several categories and there are brief comments for most of them. In a case where there are multiple books by the same author in the same section the author is listed first with the books listed after. Book titles are in bold.
